RESUMEN

En este artículo se ofrece una valoración historiográfica de “Der Schatz von Aliseda”, un trabajo tardío (1928) en la bibliografía de José Ramón Mélida Alinari. El análisis de las circunstancias en que surge y madura dicha aportación resulta fundamental para entender su viraje interpretativo en torno a cuestiones como el contexto o la cronología del célebre Tesoro de Aliseda, aparecido casualmente en 1920 y estudiado y recuperado para el Museo Arqueológico Nacional de Madrid por esta ilustre personalidad de la Arqueología española.

ABSTRACT

This paper offers an historiographical assesment of “Der Schatz von Aliseda”, a late work (1928) in the bibliography of José Ramón Mélida Alinari. The analysis of the circumstances in which it arises and madurates is essential to understand his interpretive turn about questions as the context or the cronology of the famous Aliseda’s Treasure, found casually in 1920 and studied and recovered to the National Archaeological Museum in Madrid by this distinguished character of Spanish Archeology.
